BRANDEN F. NEGRON | LICENSED REALTOR®

Branden Negron is a native New Yorker and University of Tampa graduate, bringing his charismatic and high-energy demeanor to the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Branden spent four years of his eight-year Tampa residency contributing to the rapid growth and expansion of Progress Residential LP, a multi-billion-dollar real estate investment firm. Moving up in the ranks from Acquisitions Assistant to Acquisitions Analyst and finally Project Coordinator has given him vast insight into the real estate industry in both the sales and construction sector. His experience analyzing properties, managing teams, and negotiating with contractors has primed his skills in negotiation, leveraging, organization, and communication.

After graduating from the University of Tampa, Branden purchased his first home at the age of 22 and has established himself within his community through his activity outside of real estate as well. As an Eagle Scout of Troop 3, Long Island, Branden has been accustomed to serving his community since a young age. He continues to offer his services, assistance, and talents to many nonprofit charitable organizations including Athletes and Causes, Sonya Bryson’s Voices of Hope Foundation, AT&T Pioneers and more.

Branden’s philosophy is apparent in his lifestyle. Every Tampa Bay Lightning game, dinner at Bern’s Steak House and even trip to Publix is an opportunity for him to meet someone new, extend a helping hand, and make a lasting impression.
